Yes, all our shipments are fully insured.
Consignment is when we advertise your timepiece on your behalf. You will receive more money when consigning your timepiece than selling to us outright. We require your timepiece on consignment for a minimum of 30 days.
We can ship internationally, fully insured, using either of our shipping partners, FedEx or DHL.

We ship watches by DHL Express or FEDEX. Insurance for full replacement value is included on all shipments of watches and accessories. A signature is required to complete the delivery of all packages.
VAT cannot be refunded because, as a reseller, all our watches are categorised as previously-owned and therefore VAT is not applied to our prices.
